First Show

Tonight was my first show of the little mermaid. It went okay but I dropped a metal box on stage and sat on a wooden knife. My favorite part was under the sea because the audience was really happy.

A Thing That I am Obsessed With

I am obsessed with socks. I love socks. I have patterned ones. I have holiday ones. I even have pom-pom ones. Every day that I wear sock I like to try to chose fun ones. My favorite time of the year is around the holidays because I have so many crazy socks that I can wear. I have fluffy ones and toe sock. as you can tell I am very much obsessed with socks.

Being Tired but you can't go to bed

I always hate being really really tired but you can't go to bed because you have so much to do or you are laying in bed but can't find a comfortable spot. That always seems to happen to me the most when I am really tired but I have to do a lot of work. Today is one of those days I had the little mermaid play and I didn't get back to my house until nine and I have a lot of homework to do.

Tentacles

Being tentacles in a play is hard. I have to pretend to be part of Ursula. I have to have the same movements and the same expressions and the same feelings. I do not know what my tentacles look like but I know that they are supposed to be six to eight feet long. I can't wait until I get to perform the play.

Baby Steps

I was in preschool and it was my first day. We went outside to play and wait for our parents. I saw my mom and ran to her."Go away mommy," I said and then went back to playing. My mom was worried about me all day and was happy that I was having fun. My preschool was a special time for me because I didn't learn the alphabet or numbers. I did watercolors that got turned into place mats, I molded wax and put on puppet shows, and I had snacks ever day which were homemade oatmeal or something else like that.

Portfolios

I open my field journal and look through all the specimens and HQ pages from the second trimester. I see nothing that has shown that I improved. I can only find okay HQ pages and specimens, but wait! There it is, in the middle of all of my okay work is a high quality HQ page. I go to an open doc and star writing.

The Little Mermaid

Over the course of working on the little mermaid I was worried that it would not look good and was not feeling like it looked good. Then today in after school practice when we added the set I could see it coming together and looking really good and now I feel good about it. I hope that you will come see the play.

Murder Is Okay

My Brother challenged me to write about how murder is good. This does not cover everything about murder.

We murder animals= food
Some murderers are cannibals=they murder us for food
People murder for food=health
Some Murderers are mentally ill=they need money to get better
They get that money by killing=$$

Therefor by killing someone we can survive. The murderer eats the person and takes their money and gets help. When someone does not agree to help they kill that person and get food and can force the next person to help in whatever they need help with. Through all that you can see that

People kill to survive and live.

Photos

Photos are part of our life. We have photos to remember important birthdays or anniversaries. We take photos to remember trips and family. We have photos in our house in our schools in our offices. Photos are everywhere in our lives.
       
 

Family

What if family was the only thing you had. What if you didn't really have a home? What if you didn't have food? What if you didn't have your freedom? Slaves didn't have any of that. They were owned by their masters and treated very poorly. The only thing they had was a family.

Spring

What makes you think of spring. Is it the nice warm weather? Or is it the birds chirping? Could it be the flowers blooming or the warm weather to play in outside? Is it that the outdoor pools will be opening soon? Or that school is almost over? Whatever the reason is, everyone still loves spring.

Soccer!

Today I had a soccer game against CA. Unfortunately we lost but I still had a lot of fun playing. Our team is made up of so many different types of soccer players. We have the ones who it is their second day playing soccer ever, and you have the people who are on the academy team for the rapids. As a team we help each other out and support each other and I think that we all had a lot of fun playing as a team and getting a lot of snacks after the game.

Starbucks

Earlier today I was watching a you tube video and the person I was watching always has to have her Starbucks. That got me thinking What's so special about Starbucks? Other coffee shops make the same things and they cost less so why do people still go to Starbucks and not the other coffee shops. It's because Starbucks has put their name out and when people see a franchise they just have to go and get their special drink at the franchise and not at local coffee shops that could use the money and have the same things you want. So next time you want to go to Starbucks I challenge you to go to a local coffee shop instead and support them.
